covid-19 update - 12th April, 2021

We're delighted to be able to now carry out all grooming, in line with current Government guidelines.

We are operating as normal, in line with current Government guidelines.

We are able to carry out grooming services for your dog's welfare.  This can include, for example, skin conditions, excessive matting or untrimmed claws where grooming would help relieve discomfort.

Please be assured we have extra measures in place to help keep us all safe:

• we'll follow social distancing with customers
• please don't bring your dog to the van - we'll collect your dog from your door, porch or garden, as arranged with you
• we'll use our own slip lead on your dog (please remove their collar and lead)
• we'll wear disposable masks and gloves to collect and return your dog
• we'll sanitise and clean all surfaces, tools and equipment between customers
• we have hand washing facilities and sanitising gel and use this after every customer and throughout the day
